Being the Best Astrologer in India, Astrologer Mahesh Mankar follows a friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Astrologer Mahesh Mankar does not charge any cancellation amount if a client cancels an appointment before 72 hours of the appointment date and time. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund without any questions asked.
A client can cancel an appointment up to 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment date and time. In this case, the client will have to bear a cancellation charge of 20% of the total fees paid. From the 9th minute onward, no refund will be processed.
All refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway and/or any other charges that may have been incurred by www.maheshmankar.com in processing or delivering the service.
Multiple payments made against the same order will be refunded in full, without deducting transaction charges on duplicate payments, after retaining the cost of a single order.
To raise a cancellation request, the client must send a cancellation email to astrologermaheshmankar@gmail.com.
Clients who are unable to use email may send the cancellation request through our inquiry form at maheshmankar.com/inquiry-form.
The refunded amount will be credited to the client within 72 business hours.
